Speak Your Way to the Bank – No Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 13, 2024

1. No Refunds

All sales for the Speak Your Way to the Bank digital courses are final. We do not offer refunds for any services or courses purchased. By enrolling in our program, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Course Access and Content

Upon successful payment, participants will gain access to the Speak Your Way to the Bank courses. These courses include proprietary intellectual property, comprehensive materials, our unique course framework, recommended practices, live events, and access to certified coaches. All content provided is exclusive to our program and is delivered in a front-loaded manner to ensure participants can maximize their learning experience from the outset.

3. Withdrawal or Termination

In the event that a participant chooses to withdraw from the Speak Your Way to the Bank program or is terminated for any reason, the participant remains fully responsible for all payments due and payable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Representation Services

Upon successful completion of the Speak Your Way to the Bank course and/or meeting our program standards, participants may qualify to receive additional representation services. This eligibility requires:

  • Completion of a professional discovery questionnaire.
  • An eligibility verification meeting with members of the Connie Pheiff leadership team.

Please note that representation services are governed by a separate agreement and are not affected by the terms of the Speak Your Way to the Bank course. Each service stands independently.

5. Strict No Refund Policy

Connie Pheiff enforces a strict no-refund policy. By enrolling in Speak Your Way to the Bank, you agree to adhere to this policy.
